Hi, I’m Karen Aimee Lilly, owner of Aimee’s Holiday Decor. I’m 31 years old, happily married for six years, and a proud mom to our sweet (CRAZY) 4-year-old son. My journey into the world of holiday decorating began 10 years ago at Holiday Warehouse, a Christmas store in Plano, Texas. I started in the warehouse and worked my way up to the front register, eventually finding myself immersed in the design department. One of the head designers took me under her wing and taught me everything from bow making to full tree design. I spent years learning the art of replicating bows, pulling ornaments, and decorating everything from trees to garlands to wreaths. It was also during this time that I met my husband. Fast forward to today—I now run my own holiday decorating business, specializing in custom designs, bows, and installations during the Christmas season, while spending the rest of the year as a stay-at-home mom. I truly love what I do and feel so lucky to bring holiday magic into people’s homes.
